PAYMENT, RE-BOOKING, & CANCELLATION POLICIES

To avoid penalty fees, changes to your booking dates, accommodations, no. of pax, or cancellations must be done at least 10 BUSINESS DAYS* PRIOR to your check-in date.

Refunds without deductions may be possible if official warnings (e.g. PAGASA, Mati CDRRMO) on severe weather or natural disasters impacting Mati City and its accessible routes jeopardize your safety and stay feasibility.

1) Payment Terms & Policies

Payments must be settled before coming to the establishment through online banking to our GCash or AUB account only.

A) You may pay in full so we can send you the required booking confirmation as soon as possible.

B) You may also pay 50% of your balance within 24 hours upon receipt of your booking details. Kindly settle your remaining balance at least 10 DAYS before coming to the establishment so we can send the required booking confirmation.

REMAINING BALANCE CLAUSE:

If the remaining payment is still not made at least 3 days prior to your booking or if the payment policy is ignored, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

In such cases, your down payment will be returned to you, subject to a penalty fee based on the total rate of the reserved accommodation/s. The penalty is 20% on regular days and 50% on holidays/weekends**.

2) Last Minute and No Show Re-bookings/Cancellations

Last Minute and No Show Re-bookings/Cancellations made 1 DAY or LESS from your check-in date are non-refundable and/or non-transferable (i.e. cannot be rebooked).

3) Re-bookings

Re-bookings made 2-9 BUSINESS DAYS from your check-in date will incur a 20% re-booking fee on regular days or a 50% re-booking fee on holidays/weekends**.

Sample computation of re-booking fees:

₱5,000 (full payment for accommodation) x 20% re-booking fee = ₱1,000 re-booking fee

₱5,000 (full payment for accommodation) + ₱1,000 (re-booking fee) = ₱6,000 (total new full payment amount)

4) Changing of Accommodation on the Day of Booking

Changing the type of accommodation on the day of booking, like upgrading or downgrading accommodations, will incur a transfer fee equal to 50% (holidays/weekends) or 30% (regular days) of the rate of your original accommodation plus the rate of the transferred accommodations.

In cases of upgrading, the guest will be charged the rate difference between the original booking and the upgraded accommodation, plus the transfer fee. In cases of downgrading, the guest will be refunded the rate difference between the original booking and the downgraded accommodation, minus the transfer fee.

This fee is charged in order to offset any losses to the establishment.***

Sample computation of transfer fees:

₱5,000 (rate of current accommodation) x 50% re-booking fee (Holidays/Weekends) = ₱2,500 transfer fee

₱6,000 (rate of new accommodation) + ₱2,500 (transfer fee) = ₱8,500 (total new full payment amount)

5) Cancellations

Cancellations made 2-9 BUSINESS DAYS from your check-in date will incur a 20% cancellation fee on regular days or a 50% cancellation fee on holidays/long weekends***.

Sample computation of cancellation fees:

₱5,000 (full payment for accommodation) x 20% cancellation fee = ₱1,000 cancellation fee

₱5,000 (full payment for accommodation) - ₱1,000 (cancellation fee) - ₱8 (bank transfer fee)**** = ₱3,992.00 (total refunded amount)
